My son's wedding was held at the Claremont Country Club in Oakland. I did research for chair rental companies that had Chiavari Chairs in the SF Bay area and after getting pricing from 9 different companies, Kristina V Events came out the clear leader. Their price was 25% lower than her nearest competitor and Kristina was very accommodating. She met my wife and I at her warehouse to show us the chairs (which are in excellent condition) and during our conversation, we decided to also rent silver plate chargers. Both the chairs and silver chargers converted the room from a very nice setting to a highly polished wedding venue. We are not finicky couple but it was imperative for us to hire a good wedding coordinator to avoid getting stressed out on the days leading to our wedding. Our initial meeting went well

We booked Kristina because she offered what we wanted from a wedding coordinator. Actually, that's understatement, she went above and beyond from what we are expecting from her. Her pricing is very competitive and we liked the a la carte services you can add with her basic wedding coordinator service package. She also offered us her wonderful gold chiavari chairs at a great price.
After we booked her, she immediately started working. I thought she was only going to help us a week or the month of our wedding but she was on board on everything the day we booked her. She answered all my emails and really guided me on what to do on the next couple of months. Kristina really lifted the stress feeling off my shoulder.
On the wedding day- WOW! Kristina really took care of everything!! She stepped in on my behalf and it felt like I was personally there telling all our vendors how the decorations should be set up! It was beautiful!! She checked on us the whole night (made sure we are on schedule) and made sure we ate! We will surely miss working with her because she was so easy to work with. I firmly believe that her business will thrive because she has so much passion for what she does.

anyone else. From the first time I called her, she was available always to answer numerous questions about the chairs and to coordinate with the caterer who was renting everything else. I never had to wait to speak to her, I found that incredible. Then I find out that she also is a day of coordinator and decided to hire her. She was amazing. To pull off moving the bridal party, 250 guests from hotel to church, and then from the church to the reception with everyone arriving on time to see the bride go down the aisle was a miracle. She was so positive and so available to do what
you wanted and knowing how to do it. She communicated with the limousine service, trolley cars, church, hotel, reception venue, and caterer. We felt so comfortable knowing she'd be there assisting us.
We had toyed with the idea of a day after brunch since the majority came from out of town. I knew if I asked Kristina to be in charge, it would have happened and flawlessly. Unfortunately, I had to use the coordinator the church gave me for the ceremony. It was unfortunate because she forgot so many of her responsibilities. Had I known, I would have hired Kristina to do that too, as she would never have forgotten anything. I would not hesitate to hire her again, not only for her beautiful chairs but for planning any major event.
